All paid admission tickets (except specially ticketed experiences) can be refunded up until June 11, 2026, at 9 AM (PT).

Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable merchandise add-ons. Service charges are non-refundable.

If a prepaid card is used to purchase the order, please hold onto that card just in case of any refunds. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment only.

To process a refund, log in to your Leap account and click 'Refund Product' beside the ticket type you would like to refund.

VidCon Anaheim reserves the right to change and/or alter the refund terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary. Decisions related to refunds made by VidCon Anaheim are final.

After the refund deadline, all sales are final.

The name(s) on your ticket(s) may be modified up until June 24, 2026 at 9 AM (PT).

Unused Credentials have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events. VidCon will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration process. Discounted prices are based on the date payment is received in the VidCon office.

• Children 5 years old or younger are not required to have their own ticket and may participate in all activities offered by their parent or guardian's ticket type.
• We know it’s disappointing, but Featured Creator participation is subject to change at any time.
• Featured Creators will generally appear for the duration of the event, although some may only be available for a shorter amount of time (i.e. a single day). Appearance day(s) will be available when the full schedule launches on May 7, 2026.
• All events, panels, and activities have limited capacities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise noted. Official Meet & Greets are pre-assigned via Meet & Greet Signups.
• All admission tickets include a non-refundable service charge.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged Credentials will incur a $20 replacement fee per item that needs to be replaced. In the event Credentials are lost, stolen, or damaged, replacement Credentials will need to be purchased for a Participant’s continued access to the Event. Lost or stolen credentials must be reported to and replaced at the on-site Registration Help Desk.
• Use of a Credential by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the Credential without any refund.
• DON’T FEED THE RESELLERS. Counterfeit tickets can ruin your experience. Guarantee the authenticity of your admission by only buying through the official VidCon website or at the Registration Help Desk at the show.
• Our lawyers are making us say this: ticket holder grants to VidCon, entities affiliated with Informa Connect, and their respective agents the unrestricted right and license to use the holder's name, likeness and voice in any production, reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, public performance, broadcast or exhibition of advertisements, broadcast or telecast of the Event, promotions, contests, photograph taken, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with the Event for any purpose, without compensation.
• Occasionally, we may offer special promotions. These promotions cannot be combined with any other offers or used on previous purchases. Other restrictions may apply.
• VidCon reserves the right to change and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary.
