Shivram is the Chief Marketing Officer at Jamba Juice, the global leader in wellness. In his role, Shivram leads brand strategy, innovation, social media and guest-facing technology for over 800 domestic and international locations. Currently, Shivram is spearheading the revamp of the Jamba Juice brand, focused on driving cultural relevance through innovation and insights.
Prior to Jamba, Shivram was the Chief Marketing Officer at Blaze Pizza, the fastest growing restaurant chain in history. He built their innovation calendar and digital platform including mobile app and new loyalty program. He also introduced delivery as a strategic growth layer to the 300+ restaurant system.
Before Blaze, Shivram held marketing leadership roles at Tender Greens, a farm to table fast casual, helping them build their national presence, and spent 9 years at Taco Bell where he led Global Marketing for 26 countries and launched the brand in Japan, Brazil, China, Netherlands, Australia, and more.
He holds a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from The Medill School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.
