Tish is a Clio award-winning copywriter and a Scholar Award winning strategist for campaign effectiveness. Her work has transformed some of the most iconic brands, Fortune 100 companies, as well as start-ups, small businesses and non-profits. A poet, writer and facilitator, her work has appeared in journals and publications around the world. She is currently working on a novel. She is EVP - Head of Strategy for Geometry's third largest North America office in Akron, Ohio. She has worked in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the UK, and the UAE. She speaks English, Filipino and Spanish; and is an avid Game of Thrones follower. Prior to Geometry, she worked at Ogilvy as Asia Pacific Regional Planning Director, Saatchi NY as North America Planning Director; and Ogilvy New York as Global Planning Director. She has been the strategic lead on brands like Dove, Tang, Pampers, Kotex and Johnson & Johnson. She is also co-Founder of the Womens Worldwide Web, a platform dedicated to the educational and economic empowerment of the world's girls and women.

There has been little research work done to date that digs deeper into better understanding how to optimize impact from influencer marketing and video content. Gen.video and Geometry Global are unveiling the first ever results of a broad survey of more than 1,000 shoppers to aid brands and influencers on what types of content, which platforms, and what level of audience size have the greatest impact on purchases.
