Kandee Johnson is an entrepreneur and beauty expert, who pioneered YouTube’s coveted beauty and fashion space. Since 2009, Kandee has created and produced numerous viral YouTube transformation tutorials and inspirational videos for her dedicated fan base. In the coming weeks, Kandee will be featured as a judge on the Lifetime beauty competition series, Glam Masters, produced by Kim Kardashian West. The show is set to premiere on February 28 and follows a series of contestant challenges, as Kandee and two other judges help Kim find the next creative executive for her KKW app.
Last year, Kandee was recognized by Forbes as a “Top 10 Beauty Influencer of 2017.” She also received a 2016 Streamy Award, an award show recognizing and honoring excellence in online video, including directing, acting, producing, and writing, in the category of “Beauty.” Additionally, Kandee has crossed over into traditional entertainment and can be heard as a feature voice in the DreamWorks Animation, Oscar-nominated film, Trolls, starring alongside Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick.
This fall, Kandee debuted her acclaimed “I Want Kandee” collection with Too Faced Cosmetics— selling out within days of its online release. In addition, Kandee was the first influencer to create her own line with haircare giant OGX, and also collaborated with Sinful Colors on a sell-out nail polish line.
Kandee currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her four children.
