Kiley Cristiano started her career in publicity at Paramount Pictures before joining Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she was involved in creating digital and traditional marketing initiatives for television shows and later oversaw marketing and creative for DVD and Blu-Ray titles. After leaving Sony, Ms. Cristiano worked in development and lit management for an independent production company. She came to SAG-AFTRA’s Television and New Media Entertainment Contracts department in 2016 as a signatory business representative, working with producers and studios to sign projects ranging from scripted Podcasts to high-budget New Media productions made for Netflix.
