Lester is the Global Head of Esports at YouTube. He is an industry veteran working to grow the livestream and VOD space, producing, licensing, strategizing and directing video content. He has struck several licensing deals with premier tournament organizers like ESL and FaceIT who have begun building content on YouTube. Lester has also launched several 360/VR projects surrounding Riot Games' 2016 World Finals as well as several Mobile Gaming tournaments in collaboration with Supercell. Prior to his role at Google, Lester was a former professional gamer with 10+ years of experience in the esports scene and was most recently admitted to the 2018 class of Forbes 30 under 30 in Gaming.
