Rules & Policies
You will have until June 7, 2024 at 12 AM (PT) to request a refund. Only the order holder is able to request refunds!
Refunds for all tickets will incur a fee. Order holders will:
Receive a refund of 75% of the ticket price paid if requested prior to April 4 at 11:59 PM (PT);
Receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price paid if requested from April 5 through June 6 at 11:59 PM (PT)
All merchandise must be redeemed on site during the event; no merch will be shipped out prior to or after the Event. If all tickets on an order are canceled, all merchandise on the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
All On Demand Subscriptions are nonrefundable once an access code has been distributed to the purchaser.
All merchandise and ticket purchases are nonrefundable after June 7, 2024 at 12 AM (PT).
Refunds can only be issued to the original card used for purchase. If your card information has changed, please reach out to your bank prior to requesting your refund.
