Furthermore, her initiative 'Creator Equality', in collaboration with co-founders Kahlen Barry and Seth Fracois (Sertified Casting LLC.), has been instrumental in championing BIPOC content creators and tech professionals, catalyzing meaningful change and support within the creator community. BStarPR and Creator Equality collectively led productive change in 2019 and 2020, where they amplified solutions for BIPOC creators who had been not receiving credit for their dances, ‘workplace standards’ in the creator community solutions, and provided creator support.
