Aaliyah Arnold

CEO/Founder

Aaliyah Arnold's entrepreneurial journey began early, influenced by her family's business background. Despite facing adversity, including bullying due to her eczema, Aaliyah's determination propelled her forward. Starting with ventures like "Sticky Business" and "Tropical Slimes," she honed her skills before launching "Boss Gloss Cosmetics" at 14. Recognizing the brand's potential, she rebranded to BossUp Cosmetics, expanding beyond lip gloss. The brand gained momentum, drawing attention from influencers like James Charles and Meghan Trainor.

The pivotal moment came in December 2021 when BossUp Cosmetics went viral, prompting Aaliyah's mother to join full time. Today, BossUp offers a diverse product line from lip gloss to skincare. Aaliyah's success isn't just measured by revenue; it's seen in her ability to employ her family members and create a multimillion-dollar brand before turning 20.

Aaliyah's story is a testament to resilience, creativity, and family support. Her achievements inspire aspiring entrepreneurs, showing that age is no barrier to success in the business world. BossUp Cosmetics stands as a beacon of empowerment, reflecting Aaliyah's journey from a young CEO to a leader in the beauty industry.
