Dedicated to reshaping the landscape of representation in the entertainment industry, Abby Ladwig serves as a Jr. Talent Manager at Whalar, a global Creator Company. With influence from her first management company which was dedicated to representing Deaf and Disabled creators, Ladwig has maintained a roster of creators predominantly in the Disability space. In her efforts to amplify the longevity of her client’s careers, she works to advocate for increased representation across all forms of media, boost knowledge of accessible practices within the creator economy, and actively strategize and guide her talent through the constant changes that come with the ever-evolving social platform landscape. Throughout her career, her roster has secured campaigns with dozens of companies such as Samsung, The Academy of Motion Pictures, Subaru, and Hilton.
