Chef Tuệ Nguyễn is one of the fastest rising stars in the culinary space. Immigrating from Vietnam at the age of 8 with no knowledge of English, she defied her parents' wishes and put herself through culinary school, even enduring a period of homelessness during her final year.

Harnessing her culinary skills and creative flair, Tuệ quickly gained widespread recognition by sharing captivating recipe videos online and hosting sold-out restaurant pop-ups across the nation with the like of The h.wood Group, Family Style Festival, ComplexCon, Madame Vo in NYC, and chef Roy Choi. Her innovative approach and undeniable talent caught the attention of industry leaders, leading to a groundbreaking partnership with The h.wood Group this year to open one of the most acclaimed new restaurants in Los Angeles, DiDi.

This past year she also launched her very own Fish Sauce with Red Boat which is available online and in stores now. This fall, she will partner with Simon Element, a division of Simon & Schuster, to release her debut cookbook, inspired by her ongoing dedication to sharing her Vietnamese culture through recipes and storytelling.
