Rachel Skidmore is the VP of Film & TV at Skybound Entertainment -- the home of "The Walking Dead," where she expands IP into traditional mediums, and finds and vets new creators to bring into the fold. Her most recent series include DEAD BY DAWN for NatGeo Wild and Robert Kirkman's Secret History of Comics for AMC. Prior to her current role, Rachel served as the VP of Emerging Platforms, where she managed Skybound's slate of premium non-traditional content, VR projects and other innovative partnerships. In this capacity, she sourced talent and IP, in addition to setting-up, developing and managing projects from incubation to release. Her award-winning VR short DINNER PARTY premiered at Sundance in 2018, and was then received at over 30 international film festivals. Prior to joining Skybound, Rachel worked with top creators as a Talent Manager and Producer at Big Frame.
