Stacy Procter is an attorney with the Western Region - Los Angeles office of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Ms. Procter has worked for the FTC since 2007. As a staff attorney, Ms. Procter has investigated and litigated various consumer protection issues, including violations of the FTC Act. Prior to joining the FTC, Ms. Procter was an attorney for the Defense Contract Management Agency and the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Ms. Procter is a graduate of Whittier Law School and the University of California, Irvine.
