Penning infectious pop melodies from a young age, Emma McGann grew up with the likes of Alanis Morissette & Imogen Heap on repeat. Small-town girl Emma has since molded those melodies into bold, colossal anthems of fearless, new-pop brilliance, earning recognition from fierce female forces in the industry including Kylie Minogue, Nancy Sinatra and Beth Hart.
Emma is passionate about interacting with her audience and involving them in all aspects of her music. She gave a TEDx Talk on how and why she does this through her YouNow livestreams, which have amassed over 11 million views worldwide and have helped earn her positions in the iTunes Charts from the 200k+ community of fans she has lovingly grown on the platform.
Her journey has seen her evolve from touring independently across schools in the U.K. to gaining BBC R1 airplay & BBC Introducing features on air and at U.K. festivals, nominations for various awards in the U.S. including two Shorty Awards and an iHeartRadio Music Award. She is set to tour the US for the first time in November 2019.
