Rod has been dedicated to gaming video creator monetization and audience growth for over five years. He joined Roblox last year to develop the gaming platform's already large and growing video creator ecosystem. Before that, he was the first Director of Gaming at both YouTube and Twitter and also spent time at Teespring and Redbubble. Rod is a a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and of the Annenberg School of Communications, both at the University of Pennsylvania.
