Meet & Greet Signups are Coming Your Way in May!
What:
Meet & Greet Signups are the only way to guarantee a meet & greet with one or more of you favorite creators.
We’re dropping three rounds of inventory for meet & greets that will be available to sign up for on a first come, first served basis to eligible ticket types include:
- VidCon Pass (multi-day)
- VidCon+ Pass
- Creator Pass
- Pro Pass
The earlier you purchase your ticket, the more chances you’ll have to snag the meet & greets you want.

How:
- Purchase an eligible ticket type (VidCon Pass, Creator Pass, Pro Pass)
- Sign up for a total of 4 meet & greets.
- VidCon+ Pass holders can sign up for up to 5 Meet & Greets
- The schedule for meet & greets will be included in the full schedule launch on Thursday, May 7.
- When the first meet & greet inventory drops on May 19, you’ll be able to sign up for the sessions you want on a first come, first served basis.
- If you don’t secure the one(s) you want, you’ll have two more opportunities to try your luck!
When:
Meet & Greet Signups will be open from May 19 at 8 AM (PT) through June 22 at 6 PM (PT).
- Drop #1: Tues, May 19, 2026
- Drop #2: Tues, June 9, 2026
- Drop #3: Fri, June 19, 2026
All drops happen at 8 AM (PT).
The More You Know:
Chaperones of a child under 16 can accompany them into the Meet & Greet Hall and wait with them during their meet & greets. You will not be able to actually participate in the session unless you have also signed up for the session.
Children 5 years old or younger do not need their own ticket and may participate in all activities associated with their chaperone’s ticket type, including any meet & greets.
You can change your Meet & Greet selections during each drop. If something new opens up, you can swap based on availability.
Spots are limited and fill quickly. We recommend logging in right when each drop opens for the best chance at securing your picks.
Didn't get a spot? Limited standby lines may be available onsite for select Meet & Greets but entry is not guaranteed.
Single-day tickets are not eligible for Meet & Greet Signups.
